Come2indonesia have organized trips in Indonesia since 2008. From then on we have always taking care of our travelers, as well as taking care our employees as part of our family.
In this unprecedented time, trust that we are here for our travelers and our extended family.
Together with Travel Agent Association as well as embassies from several countries, we are working hand on hand to update about the recent condition. We are following the information of the pandemic very closely, especially within Indonesia. The government is taking a careful measure including applying social distancing in public place, using mask is a must when stepping out your door, as well as requiring a list of documents for people to fly in attempt to slow down people movement and the spread of the virus.
We understand the deception of not being able to travel after the long thought and planning.
Therefore, due to this unpredicted event, as per March 12, 2020, we have prepared an adapted term and condition policy that is more flexible to replace temporarily our general terms and conditions.
Please bear with us in this difficult situation, hopefully it will get better soon and we will travel again.
Stay Healthy and Safe,
Melysa & Norberto (Founders of come2indonesia)
This stamp has been designed by World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) to allow travellers to recognise governments and businesses around the world which have adopted health and hygiene global standardised protocols – so consumers can experience ‘Safe Travels’.
At come2indonesia, we fully understand the stress and pressure of having to cancel or not being able to enjoy parts of your holiday due to travel restrictions imposed by the Government to control the COVID-19. Hence, we have made the decision to temporarily waive our Term and Condition and apply a more flexible policy for all of our travellers, who might be impacted by their own Government or by the Government of Indonesia due to the COVID-19 (corona virus), and thus are unable to travel to Indonesia.
